_w_a_l_l reads _m_s_g__f_i_l_e (or its standard input if none specified) until an
end-of-file. It then sends this message to all currently logged-in users
preceded by:
Broadcast Message from ............
If the -_g option is used then only those users in the specified group as
defined in the file ////eeeettttcccc////ggggrrrroooouuuupppp or the NIS _g_r_o_u_p map are sent the message.
The list of logged-on users is derived from the file ////vvvvaaaarrrr////aaaaddddmmmm////uuuuttttmmmmpppp.
It is used to warn all users, typically prior to shutting down the
system.
The sender must be super-user to override any protections the users may
have invoked (see _m_e_s_g(1)).

_w_a_l_l does not send messages to _f_t_p users.
